GCP Capital Partners, TZP Group Lead Recapitalization of Superscapes, a Premier Commercial Landscaping Services Provider
New York, NY – April 7, 2025 – GCP Capital Partners (“GCP”) and TZP Group announced today that they have completed the majority recapitalization of Superscapes (the “Company”), a premier provider of commercial landscaping services headquartered in Texas.
Founded in 2000, Superscapes is a full-service landscaping provider offering maintenance, enhancement, and installation services. The Company serves a diverse base of customers - including HOAs, multi-family communities, mixed-use developments, and commercial properties throughout Texas and Arkansas.
